True Love Has Roots, Not Just Words.
Avoid individuals who claim to love or like you unconditionally — such claims are often unrealistic. Human love is usually influenced by expectations: benefits, interests, or emotional comfort. When someone says they love you without any reason, it’s likely not genuine. Love is often tied to factors like money, beauty, intelligence, personality, influence, or a promising future. Even God’s love had a purpose — He gave His Son with the hope of gaining many sons. Stop seeking validation through love, likes, followers, or attention. Instead, focus on becoming valuable. Even parents' love, though deep, carries expectations — so don’t expect strangers to love you without any. Also, understand that attention isn’t always love. Love moves through stages: Attraction (chemistry), Closeness (bonding), and Commitment (true companionship). Until words, actions, and genuine involvement align, don’t rush to call it love. Be discerning — many heartbreaks begin by mistaking attention for commitment.
